Challenge

A startup in the accounting business with headquarters in Curitiba used to manually do consultations with the Revenue Service for the registration of new companies. Every day about 500 consultations were carried out and a control system had to be updated.

Actions and Results

We created a robot that searches companies that are awaiting registration approval, check their status with the Revenue Service, and update the systems according to the resulting status. This routine is carried out twice a day generating a quicker response to the team for status changes.

Even in the absence of APIs on some systems, robots extract information from user interfaces. A 60% gain in processing time is estimated in addition to gains in customer response time.
